Using light touch and deep listening, I support you in developing a more compassionate relationship with your body and nervous system. Sessions can help ease stress, tension, overwhelm, emotional holding patterns, and the effects of developmental or relational trauma stored within the body.

Craniosacral Therapy with NATouch
I also offer Craniosacral Therapy alongside the complementary NATouch practice to deepen your experience and support a more connected relationship with your body.
Together, these approaches invite a deeper body–mind dialogue, helping you develop greater awareness, understanding, and connection within yourself.
This work supports you in gently meeting yourself with compassion, creating space for the healing of developmental trauma held within the body.
Well being Massage
A nurturing deep tissue and relaxation massage that supports the release of tension while restoring ease and flow throughout the body.
Drawing on meridian work, acupressure points, and energy-based techniques, sessions are tailored to support both physical relaxation and emotional wellbeing. This treatment encourages grounding, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of balance and connection.
Giving back
Each week, I offer one Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy session on a pay-what-you-can basis (starting from £0) for someone who would benefit from support and may not otherwise be able to access it.
