About me

I'm Anati.

I'm a somatic practitioner and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist, working with gentle touch, deep listening and awareness of the body.

My journey into this work began long before I knew what to call it.

I was born to an inspiring woman. My mother is a mother of nine, a healer, a creator, an artist and a visionary.

She taught me something very early in life that I only came to understand much later as being beyond value: the language of the heart.

She taught me to listen, to feel and to connect — she planted the seed of this work in me.

In my twenties I studied Shiatsu, and a curiosity about the body and alternative approaches to healing has remained a thread throughout my life.

When I moved to the UK with my family in 2017, my own journey continued to deepen. As I became more connected to myself and found more peace within myself, I began to feel a growing desire to offer that same kind of space to others.

Finding craniosacral therapy

When I discovered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, something felt immediately familiar.

Its simplicity.
Its respect for the individual.
The importance of safety, connection and deep listening.

It felt like a way of working that spoke the same language I had been learning since childhood.

Rather than trying to fix or change someone, I offer a space where they can slow down, listen to themselves and allow their own process to unfold.

Continuing to learn

My practice has continued to evolve.

Alongside my craniosacral training, I completed Foundation Training in NeuroAffective Touch® with Dr. Aline LaPierre in London in 2025.

This has deepened my understanding of the body's relational language — how we communicate through touch, sensation, presence and connection, and how our experiences can shape the way we inhabit our bodies.

Today, my work is primarily somatic: an invitation to slow down and become curious about what is happening within you, rather than trying to fix what might seem wrong.

Why Comefree?

I believe that somewhere beneath the things we have learned to protect ourselves with, there is still a capacity for connection, ease and aliveness.

My role isn't to tell you who you are or what you need.

It is to meet you with presence, respect and curiosity, and create a space where you can begin to hear yourself again.

Perhaps coming back to yourself is not about becoming someone new.
Perhaps it is about remembering what was already there.
